SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Shipping
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days via USPS Priority after you place your order.  During promotions, shipping may take longer.

How do I return or exchange an item?
Unopened and unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery with a return authorization number.  Please email info@karensbodybeautiful.com for a return authorization number.  We only accept returns with this number; merchandise credit may be issued for unopened and unused products that are returned with a return authorization number.  We do not process exchanges.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for the redelivery costs of incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by a customer.  Karen's Body Beautiful, Inc. is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer; no refunds will be provided if any part of the address that is provided by a customer is incorrect.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Karen's Body Beautiful, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the shipping address, please call USPS customer service: 800-222-1811 or visit your local post office for a resolution.

International Customs Regulations
The purchaser is responsible to pay any applicable taxes or duties that may apply. We do not calculate or collect taxes or duties from you. It is the customer's responsibility to check country and local regulations and policies of the receiving country. It is the customer's responsibility ensure the Customs Department permits the shipment of our products to your country and what the duties or tariffs may be upon delivery. We do not provide refunds on the shipping of the package if it is refused by customs or by yourself, due to regulations and taxes or duties. If the package is seized by customs for any reason and the package is not returned to us, we can not issue a refund.
