Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping
The vast majority of orders are shipped within 1-3 business days via UPS/USPS Priority after you place your order.  During promotions and the holiday season, shipping may take longer.

How do I return or exchange an item?
Unopened and unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a return authorization number invoice.  Please email info@karensbodybeautiful.com for a return authorization number.  We don't accept returns without this number.  Unfortunately we do not process exchanges.   

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for the redelivery costs of incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by a customer.  Karen's Body Beautiful, Inc. is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer; no refunds will be provided if any part of the address that is provided by a customer is incorrect.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Karen's Body Beautiful, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Karen's Body Beautiful, Inc. will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate address when entering the shipping information. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery so they may assist with the investigation.

Please note that Karen's Body Beautiful, Inc. does not accept exchanges or provide refunds for any products sold on Amazon® or eBay® by other  retailers. 

All missing & damaged claims must be submitted within 10 days, please email a photo to info@karensbodybeautiful.com. 

International Customs Regulations
The purchaser is responsible to pay any applicable taxes or duties that may apply. We do not calculate or collect taxes or duties from you. It is the customer's responsibility to check the country and local regulations and policies of the receiving country. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the Customs Department permits the shipment of our products to your country and what the duties or tariffs may be upon delivery. We do not provide refunds on the shipping of the package if it is refused by customs or by yourself, due to regulations and taxes or duties. If the package is seized by customs for any reason and the package is not returned to us, we can not issue a refund.
