Shipping & Returns

📦 Order Processing Time
Please allow 1–7 business days to process your order. We ship via UPS Ground or USPS for PO Boxes and U.S. military addresses.

🚫 Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to Karen’s Body Beautiful, Inc. (KBB) due to:

An incorrect or incomplete address

The customer not being home for delivery

The package being unclaimed at a pickup location

👉 The customer will be responsible for redelivery costs.

KBB is not liable for mis-deliveries, losses, or delays resulting from inaccurate shipping information provided at checkout. No refunds will be issued if any part of the address is incorrect.

🔄 Cancellations & Edits
Once an order has been submitted, no edits or cancellations can be made.

📸 Damaged or Missing Products
All claims for missing or damaged items must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.

📸 Photo evidence is highly recommended to ensure proper resolution.

🔁 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date. Claims made after that period may be eligible for store credit only, at our discretion.
